Order Processing Time

  • Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when it is handed off to the carrier.
  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay and will be processed on the next business day.
  • Our fulfillment center operates Monday – Friday, during standard business hours.

Tracking

  • Tracking updates may take  24-48 hours to fully reflect in the carrier's system.
  • If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact us at service@hockwall.com and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at service@hockwall.com. We will promptly follow up with the carrier and keep you informed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Address Modification

Please carefully verify the shipping address before submitting your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order begins processing or has been shipped. If you need to change the address, please be sure to contact customer service before the order is packed and dispatched.

Lost Package


If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check the area around your home and your mailbox, or ask your neighbors. Please contact us within 7 business days, and we will assist you in initiating a lost-package investigation with the carrier.

Delivery Failure


If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender due to reasons such as an incorrect address, failure to sign for the delivery, or refusal of acceptance, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-delivery; we do not offer free re-shipment services.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
  • Once payment is confirmed and the item has not yet shipped, we will process a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been handed to the carrier.
